Nizan’s journey in real estate spans over 25 years, marked by deep hands-on experience, strategic insight, and a passion for creating value.

While living in New York, he owned and operated a restoration and renovation company, applying his extensive knowledge in construction across a wide range of projects — from single-family homes to multi-family and commercial developments of up to 300 units. He also managed his family’s three-property commercial portfolio.

At just 27 years old, following the passing of his father, Nizan embarked on a transformative journey around the world. He immersed himself in the study of alternative healing, breathwork, and naturopathic medicine, spending time in ashrams and learning from global traditions. In 2002, he returned to Israel and opened the country's first raw/vegan restaurant — a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to wellness.

In 2009, Nizan relocated to South Florida, became a licensed real estate professional, and quickly made a name for himself in the commercial real estate space. He owned one of South Florida’s first standalone RE/MAX Commercial franchises, where he led the multi-family division. In addition, he founded and hosts the

Multifamily Inc.

monthly meetup, which now has over 500 active members. Through this platform, he educates, inspires, and connects aspiring investors and industry professionals.

Nizan’s ability to identify emerging markets has been instrumental in positioning MTN for long-term growth. He has developed proprietary systems to chart market cycles and accurately pinpoint optimal exit strategies — a critical element in delivering outsized returns.

His expertise spans commercial asset management, market trend analysis, property management, syndication, creative financing, and mentoring. Nizan’s owner-operator approach, which includes traveling across the country to personally inspect and oversee properties, ensures investor capital is safeguarded and optimized.
